Processing Times

At Donovan Designs, every order is printed and packed with care. Please allow 5 business days for processing. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. If you are in need of something faster, please feel free to email infd@donovandesginsinc.com.  We often can accommodate. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

There is a flat shipping and handling fee of $10.00 for orders $149.99 and under.  Free Shipping will be applied on all orders $150.00 and up.  Orders will ship via UPS or Fedex ground. If you would like to expedite shipping to overnight or 2day please contact us and we will quote applicable shipping charges. We ship from our warehouse in Columbus, Ohio. Delivery times will vary based on shipping location. 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States. At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or international addresses.

Delays & Exceptions

Weather, carrier delays, and seasonal volume can occasionally impact delivery times. While we do our best to keep things running smoothly, delays after your package leaves our warehouse are outside our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We’ll help resolve the issue and work with the carrier on your behalf.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double‑check your shipping information at checkout. Donovan Designs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
